The construction conditions of exterior wall insulation decorative plate, the base wall should meet the requirements of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete structural engineering (GB 50204-2002), Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Bottom Masonry Engineering (GB50203-2002). When the flatness of the base wall does not meet the requirements, 1:3 cement mortar can be used for leveling, and the base construction acceptance is completed
1、 Construction conditions for exterior wall insulation decorative panels
1. The base course wall shall meet the requirements of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete structural engineering (GB 50204-2002) and Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Bottom Masonry Engineering (GB50203-2002). When the flatness of the base course wall does not meet the requirements, 1:3 cement mortar can be used for leveling, and it can be carried out after the acceptance of the base course construction is completed and the door and window frames and attached pipeline equipment are installed in place.
2. The ambient temperature during construction should not be lower than 5 ℃, and the wind force should not exceed level 5. Construction should not be carried out on rainy days without protective measures.
2、 Construction Technology of Exterior Wall Insulation Decoration Board
The process flow of the integrated panel for exterior wall insulation and decoration is suitable for the exterior wall coating finish layer. The finish layer includes fully scraping putty, polishing, and brushing paint on the board surface. To facilitate operation and reduce on-site wet work, the finish layer can be applied before pasting the insulation board.
3、 Key points for construction of exterior wall insulation decorative panels
1. The following documents and records should be checked during project acceptance:
(1) Construction drawings, design specifications, and other design documents for the exterior wall insulation decorative board project;
(2) Material product certificate, performance testing report, entry acceptance record, and retest report;
(3) Test report on the bonding strength of insulation board sample pieces;
(4) Concealed engineering acceptance report;
(5) Construction records, quality inspection and evaluation records.
2. The insulation board bonding project should undergo a re inspection of the following materials and their performance indicators:
(1) The setting time, installation ability, and compressive strength of cement used for bonding;
(2) The water absorption, frost resistance, and impact resistance of the insulation board;
3. The insulation board bonding project should undergo acceptance for the following concealed items:
(1) Grassroots treatment;
(2) The bonding point and bonding area between the board and the base layer;
(3) Anchor installation.
4. Before and during the construction process of the insulation board, sample pieces should be made on the same base layer, and the bonding strength of the insulation board of the sample pieces should be inspected. The inspection method should refer to the provisions of the "Standard for Testing the Bonding Strength of Facing Bricks in Building Engineering" (JGJ110-1997).
